3M Stikit Low Profile Disc Pad (20354) is a firm-density backing pad designed to securely attach 3M Stikit discs (sold separately) to random orbital sanders and rotary tools. The low-profile pad is lightweight and shock-resistant with a tapered edge for some flexibility in applications. Threaded 5/16-24 for common sander spindles, rated to 12,000 max RPM. Backing pad type: Adhesive / PSA. Constructed for industrial/occupational sanding of flat surfaces; compatible with aluminum oxide grit discs.
