The 3M 577F Abrasive Belt is a coated zirconia alumina abrasive manufactured on a F-weight, water-resistant polyester cloth backing. Resin-bonded for heat resistance and featuring a grinding aid for cooler grinding, the closed-coat belts are YF-weight backed for durability and performance. Available in 1/2" belt width and 18" length with 120 grit (fine), Series 577F. Suitable for wet or dry operation and fabric-splice construction. Ideal for metalworking applications where consistent stock removal and belt life are required. Sold as packs/cases (example listing: Case of 200).
