3M ribbed disc pad face plate (80516) is a medium-density coated backing pad designed for use with fibre sanding discs on disc sanders and right angle grinders. The ribbed design helps cooler running of discs under load, making it suitable for heavier stock removal applications. Compatible with 7 inch sanding discs and built for reliability at typical tool speeds (note: ProductDatabase lists maximum RPM 8,500).
