Loctite LB 8008 C5-A Copper Based Anti-Seize Lubricant is a copper-base anti-seize formulated to suspend copper and graphite in a high-quality grease. It protects metal parts from rust, corrosion, galling and seizing at high temperatures (up to 1800 °F). Container: 2.5 lb can. Lubricant Base/Composition: Copper. Contains graphite, calcium dihydroxide, mineral oil (light naphthenic), hydrotreated distillates, copper and quartz (SiO2). Marine grade; RoHS standard compliant. Application materials include all alloys, brass, cast iron, copper, non-metallic gasketing materials, plastic, stainless steel and steel. Odor: mild (not odorless). VOC compliant. Minimum temperature -29.00 °C; maximum temperature 1800 °F. Establishes greater clamp load and provides long-term protection for threaded connections and mating surfaces in demanding industrial, automotive and marine environments.
