MSA V-Gard Cap (model 475361) is a cap-style safety hard hat engineered for superior top-impact protection. The high-density polyethylene shell includes a UV inhibitor and is slotted for a wide range of MSA accessories (sun shades, shields, liners, lamps, etc.). The Fas-Trac III ratchet suspension provides an adjustable, comfortable fit with three levels of nape strap adjustment and a contoured ratchet comfort pad for improved airflow and reduced hair pulling. These V-Gard caps meet or exceed applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet per ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 (Class E) and CSA Z94.1, and have been third-party tested/certified by SEI.
