Enerpac P-39 Single Speed Steel Hand Pump
Customize
The Enerpac P-39 high-pressure, single-speed hydraulic hand pump is for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately) in intermittent and non-repetitive construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications. It can advance and release a single-acting cylinder. This single-speed hand pump is for applications with a constantly applied load. An internal pressure relief valve helps protect the pump from overload. The vent-free reservoir helps prevent oil from spilling and is for use in non-vented applications. The pump can be operated in either the horizontal or vertical position. The steel body resists corrosion and wear, and the chrome-plated plunger and wiper system help extend the life of the pump. An ergonomically designed grip helps reduce operator hand fatigue, and the pump has a built-in carrying handle for transport. The pump has a 3/8" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads port for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately). SPECIFICATIONS Maximum operating pressure 10,000 psi Maximum oil displacement, per stroke 0.15 cubic inch Usable oil capacity 47 cubic ininches Piston stroke 1.00 inch Maximum handle effort 85 lb. Weight 13.6 lb. Dimensions 6.39 x 18.91 x 5.51 inches (H x W x D) H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from back to front. Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings. Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.
