This Enerpac C-604 is a quick-disconnect hydraulic coupler for shut-off when disconnected. It is made of steel for strength and durability. The socket has a 3/8" male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection on one end for connecting to a female hose fitting and a coupler connection on the other end. The plug has 3/8" male NPT threads on one end for connecting to a female hose fitting and a coupler connection. The maximum working pressure is 10,000 pounds per square inch (psi). This quick-disconnect coupler comes with dust caps for protection against contaminants and is suitable for hydraulic applications including cylinders, tools, and pumps. Hose fittings connect, control, change the direction of, and terminate the flow in piping and hose systems. They are made of brass, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and other materials that resist corrosion, pressure, and wear.
