Norton NorZon Plus Pipeline SGZ CA cut-off wheels deliver industrial-grade performance using ceramic alumina and zirconia alumina for two to three times the performance of many other high-performance wheels. These ultra-thin depressed-center wheels minimize material loss and improve cutting speed. Designed for 90° offhand cut-off, notching, or cleaning pipe and weld beads, the reinforced construction produces straight cuts even on difficult-to-grind materials like 400 series stainless steel and cast and gray iron. Built with a resinoid bond and threaded 5/8-11 connector for angle grinder compatibility, these Type 27/42 wheels come in 7" diameter, 1/8" thickness, 30 grit, grade Very Coarse, and are speed-rated to 8,600 RPM.
