The HARRIS 25GX Single-Stage 580 CGA Gas Regulator (Mfg Part No. 3000540 / model 25-100C-580) is a medium to heavy-duty welding regulator engineered for industrial use. It features a brass body with a chrome-plated zinc bonnet for extended service life, a neoprene diaphragm, and a single-stage design for reliable pressure control. The regulator includes large, easy-to-read dual scale 2.5" steel gauges and an ergonomic ABS plastic adjusting knob for precise control. It is compatible with Argon, Nitrogen and Helium gases, accepts a 580 CGA inlet connection and has a 9/16-18 RH outlet. UL listed/CGA E-4 and backed by a 7-year warranty, this unit is described as the workhorse of the Harris industrial regulator line and is designed for automotive, petrochemical and general welding applications.
