Brady B-946 arrow tape (model 91425) is a high-performance vinyl arrow tape designed for indoor and outdoor marking applications. The tape is a durable, flexible, pressure-sensitive adhesive product used for pipe markers, arrow tape, numbers and letters, vehicle placards, pedestal markers, warning panels and safety signs. It provides permanent cold-temperature acrylic adhesive and a vinyl film substrate that resists weathering. B-946 material is printed with weather-resistant inks and offers long outdoor durability (average 8–10 years depending on climate and use). The product measures 1" wide and 90' (30 yd) long, supplied in liner-mounted rolled form for easy application. Typical uses include banding pipes with directional flow arrow tape between markers to enhance safety and improve operating efficiency, providing 360-degree visibility and standardized color coding. Adhesive performance: adhesion to steel (PSTC-101) — 15 minute dwell to stainless steel (avg) ~80 ounce/inch; ultimate dwell to stainless steel (72 hours avg) ~85 ounce/inch. Adhesion to polypropylene and powder-coated metal show strong initial and ultimate dwell values. Abrasion resistance meets federal test method standards; gloss and print durability designed for outdoor use. Use arrow tape with self-sticking vinyl pipe markers to indicate directional flow and color-code contents.
