Water Soluble Paper Roll (ASW-35/R-9) by Aquasol. Made of sodium carboxyl methyl, this water-soluble paper forms purge dams to block argon or helium gases during TIG/MIG welding of steel or aluminum pipes. After welding, simply flush the system with water to remove the dam completely and leave no residue in the pipeline. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, the paper can be formed to any size purge dam and is effective when positioned a minimum of 6–8 inches from the root gap.
