The Victron Energy SmartShunt is a shunt-based battery monitor designed for 6.5V-70V systems. It operates without a local display — Bluetooth connectivity and the VictronConnect app act as the interface to read state-of-charge, time-to-go and historical battery data. The unit features a VE.Direct port for integration with other devices and an auxiliary connection that can be used for monitoring a second battery, midpoint monitoring or connecting a temperature sensor. Its IP65-rated enclosure offers protection against water and dust and simplifies installation with less wiring and clutter. The SmartShunt provides centralized battery monitoring and convenient mobile access to key battery parameters for system monitoring and integration.
