PFERD Single Row Power Knot Cup Wire Brush with External Nut and Standard Twist (Threaded Hole 5/8-11)

PFERD power single-row standard twist knot cup wire brushes feature an external retaining nut and a threaded hole (5/8-11) for secure mounting on angle grinders and stationary machines. Designed for heavy-duty surface work, they deliver great cutting action and flexibility on large flat and curved surfaces, as well as corners and angles, for removal of contaminants such as scale, rust, concrete, slag, marine growth and weld residues. For optimal brushing action, tilt the brush between 15 and 30 degrees off the workpiece; manipulating brush speed will affect filament flare. Stainless steel versions offer corrosion resistance and excellent bend recovery, while carbon steel variants provide aggressive cutting action. External nut design reduces chance of guard interference and allows easy access with an open-end wrench, making these brushes suitable across welding, fabrication and a wide range of industrial applications.
