HARKEN Carbo Air Boat Blocks are a family of lightweight, low-friction marine blocks built for reliable sail control. Constructed with ball bearings and UV-stabilized sheaves and side plates, these blocks provide high working loads while remaining compact and easy to trim. The line includes single, double, triple and quad configurations and mounting options such as swivel, fixed, becket and cam cleat to cover mainsheet, jib, vang, cunningham, outhaul and other control line applications. Designed as companions to Harken’s other block lines, Carbo Air blocks combine durable construction, low friction and high load capacity for dependable performance in sailing and boating use.
- Designed for use with Main/jib sheets, Mainsheet fine-tune, Control lines, Vangs, Cunninghams, Outhauls
- Patented switch locks shackle in front or side positions, or lets block swivel to keep line from twisting
- Ball bearings, sheave, and side plates are UV stabilized with carbon black for maximum protection
- Enable safe and easy sail trimming and are 30% lighter, with a 60% higher working load, than Classic blocks
- Low-friction Carbo Air blocks are lightweight, strong, reliable—and affordable
