Ancor Marine Grade Nylon and Heat Shrink Snap Plugs
Customize
Ancor marine-grade nylon heat-shrink snap plugs are designed to create reliable, watertight electrical connections with built-in strain relief. The cross-linked polyolefin tubing is stronger than PVC and features a heat-activated adhesive lining that bonds to wires and seals against salt water, oil, acids and sunlight. Nylon insulators improve resistance to vibration and cut-through damage while tinned or pure copper contacts with a brazed seam provide maximum current flow and corrosion resistance. These heat-shrink connectors offer a high shrink ratio (shrinks to 1/3 of original size) and shrink at 257°F (125°C), with an operating temperature range commonly listed as 40°C to 110°C. UL Listed and CSA Recognized. WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (dehp) which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
