HotShot HD4 Heavy Duty washdown pumps by JABSCO offer reliable high-flow and high-pressure diaphragm performance across the product family. All variants deliver 4 GPM at 60 PSI and feature co-molded TPV diaphragms, quick-connect ports, and vibration-dampening mounting feet for ease of installation and long service life. HD (Heavy Duty) models include a wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell and cast aluminum endbells and lower housings to improve pressure capability and longevity, while standard models use a protective plastic housing for corrosion resistance. Common specifications and materials across variants include brushed permanent magnet TENV motor design, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene pumphead upper housing, EPDM check valves, a 30 PSI max inlet pressure, a fluid temperature range of 32°F–140°F (0°C–60°C), and dry self-priming capability to 7 ft (2.1 m).
