The Nightstick INTEGRITAS XPR-5582 intrinsically safe rechargeable lantern generates ultra-bright 1,750 lumens from multiple LEDs in a 180-degree articulating head, producing a tightly collimated beam that can illuminate objects up to a third of a mile (552m). Holding the switch engages a 600-lumen low mode to extend runtime up to 11.5 hours for longer incidents. Designed and engineered as both a hand-held lantern and a portable area light, the unit includes a rear-mounted rubber base pad for upright use on flat surfaces and a strap for carry/shoulder use. Built of thick-walled glass-filled nylon and weighing 2 lbs. 11 oz., the light provides a stable platform for crawling under smoke or following a hose line, and two bright green rear-facing LEDs offer passive team member location. The product meets NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013) requirements and is intended for firefighters and first responders who need reliable, intrinsically safe illumination.
