Units feature multiple AC outlets (including BlockSpace outlets on select models), heavy-duty cords with low-profile plugs, and surge suppression components such as oversized Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) and power filtering to reduce line noise. Joule ratings in the line range from approximately 3000 to 4000 joules to guard against spikes and surges.
