SIKA Sikaflex-295 UV Marine Adhesive Sealant

Sikaflex-295 UV by SIKA is a paste-like, one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant formulated for marine interior and exterior sealing and bonding tasks. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable, flexible joint suitable for organic glass and a variety of substrates including aluminum (bright or anodized), GRP (polyester resin), stainless steel, timber, plastics, PC, PMMA, fiberglass and coated surfaces. Features include UV resistance, saltwater resistance, good gap-filling properties, fast tack-free time, paintable and sandable finish, and non-yellowing performance. The product is intended for experienced professional users; surface preparation, application temperature window, tooling, finishing, removal of uncured material, and overpainting guidance are provided by the manufacturer. Sikaflex-295 UV meets applicable marine requirements and is wheelmark/IMO referenced in manufacturer guidance.
