Whitecap Teak Solid Teak Marine Products for Boats

Whitecap teak products are crafted from solid, kiln-dried teak wood using traditional assembly techniques and hand finishing. Teak's naturally high oil content makes it incredibly durable—resisting warping, rotting, termites and other insects—and able to withstand extreme weather including salt, sun, snow and rain. Whitecap uses dovetail and mortise & tenon joints, countersunk and plugged screw fittings, and high-quality waterproof adhesive; each item is sanded and finished by hand to a rich luster. Over time teak will mature to a silvery grey; to preserve the rich golden finish and enhance the grain apply golden teak oil/sealer annually. These products are designed for marine use on boats and decks and reflect the longstanding choice of mariners for teak.
