StarTech.com screw-locking USB-C cables provide a secure, high-performance connection for charging, data transfer and video. The family supports SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) and up to 100W (5A) Power Delivery (PD 3.0, 20V/5A where supported), plus DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode (up to 8K 30Hz). Construction includes braided TPE jacket and strain relief, Al-Mylar foil with braid EMI shielding, and 30/32 AWG conductors for improved signal integrity. Locking screw mechanisms (removable where applicable) prevent accidental disconnection while allowing use as a standard USB-C cable if the screw is removed. Cables are tested to withstand 10,000+ insertions and 4,000+ bend cycles and are compatible with Thunderbolt 3 devices, docking stations, external drives and USB-C laptops.
