Blue Sea Systems BusBar Family (Common, Mini, Maxi) & Covers

This Blue Sea Systems product family includes Common BusBars, MiniBus and MaxiBus designs plus compatible insulating covers. All busbars use tin-plated pure electrical copper (CDA 110/UNS11000) for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance, and employ reinforced polycarbonate or glass-reinforced polycarbonate bases rated UL 94‑V0. Hardware across the family includes stainless steel studs and screws for high torque and reliable electrical contact; terminal choices include multiple screw terminal counts and stud sizes (#8-32, #10-24 screws; 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, #10-32 studs as shown in variants). Design features such as raised bus access, recessed mounting holes to reduce accidental shorts, captive/star lock washers and pressed-on bus elements simplify installation and reduce small parts. Clear polycarbonate, ABS or reinforced nylon insulating covers are available for many models and include press-on attachment or mounting holes; select covers meet ABYC insulation requirements and accommodate related breakers/shunts. Common uses include vehicle, marine and limited-space electrical panels, audio or industrial distribution where organized, low-resistance connections are required.
