Constructed of plastic with a watertight cover and gasket, it protects the downrigger plug from corrosion when not in use and creates a flush appearance that hides exposed wires on the boat deck. Lightweight plastic construction and flush mounting make it ideal for boating and downrigger applications, including connecting downriggers for fishing.
