Spyderco Ambitious Lightweight Pocket Knife
Customize
The Ambitious Lightweight is the smallest member of Spyderco's Value Folder family, offering compact, big-knife performance in a lightweight package. In its lightweight configuration the knife uses injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) scales with Bi-Directional Texture for improved ergonomics and nonslip use. A full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade delivers reliable edge retention and a strong tip, while dual skeletonized stainless steel liners add strength without excess weight. The design includes a sturdy LinerLock to secure the blade during use and a four-position/four-way clip for multiple carrying configurations. Spyderco products include a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- The New EDC: - The Ambitious Lightweight is also perfectly suited for everyday pocket knife utility use. It can be used for hiking, hunting, camping, or everyday carry.
- Light and Durable - All other features are consistent with the established version of this model, including a skeletonized Stainless Steel liners, four-position pocket clip, and other hardware also sport stealthy black coatings.
- Superior Blade Steel - Taking that evolution one step further, the Ambitious Lightweight Black Blade cloaks the full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV Stainless Steel blade in a non-reflective black oxide coating.
- Dependable - It trades the G-10 scales of the original for injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) with a high-traction Bi-Directional Texture pattern.
- Game Changer - Following in the footsteps of its bigger brothers in Spyderco Value Folder series, the Ambitious is an ultra-compact cutting tool that cuts with big-knife authority.
