The Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 150V family of solar charge controllers gathers energy from solar panels and intelligently delivers it to your batteries using ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). By constantly monitoring panel voltage and current, the MPPT technology extracts maximum available power — especially useful when light intensity is changing or under partial cloud conditions. SmartSolar helps maintain and extend battery life and can recharge a severely depleted battery; it can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 Volts provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged. Built-in Bluetooth and VictronConnect provide live status and remote monitoring and control from a smartphone or other device. These controllers are designed to support 12/24/36/48V battery systems and prioritize efficient energy harvest and battery health across installations.
