The FlatLink E (Expert) is a variation of the popular foldable FlatLink winch shackle mount from Factor 55. It eliminates the conventional winch hook and replaces it with a screw pin shackle for a safer, more secure CLOSED SYSTEM WINCHING operation. The large pear-shaped shackle mounting hole accepts the pin or bow end of common screw pin shackles as well as common OEM recovery points, increasing versatility over the standard FlatLink. Less than 1.75" thick when folded flat. Maximum Load: 16,000 lbs. Weight: 26 oz (1.12 pounds). Works with common 3/4" shackles (pin and bow end) and soft shackles up to 3/4". The rope eye is retained in the FlatLink with a 5/8" diameter 6AI-4V grade V titanium pin. Easy to install and compatible with steel or synthetic winch lines up to 3/8" in diameter.
