The Factor 55 FlatLink XTV is a closed-system winch shackle designed specifically for UTV and ATV winches. It replaces the conventional winch hook with a stronger D-ring/shackle that folds neatly into the fairlead when not in use and provides a better approach angle than the ProLink XTV. The FlatLink XTV installs in minutes without splicing and is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes up to 5/16" diameter and winch capacities up to 6,000 lbs. It secures the rope eye with an aerospace-grade double-shear titanium pin and internal snap ring for an ultra-secure connection. EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads and prevent rattling, attached to the FlatLink with four barbed tips. Lightweight and rugged, the FlatLink XTV is used by search-and-rescue teams and militaries worldwide and is offered in multiple colors to match ATV/UTV setups.
