The Derale 16730 is a single-stage fan controller / temperature switch designed for automotive engine cooling applications. It features a brass construction with gold contact material for reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance, a screw terminal, female-to-male connector, and panel-mount installation. Rated at 1 Amp with 9 watts and automatic operation, the controller's item dimensions are 4.25 x 2.75 x 1.38 inches. The 16730 is supplied as an 180°F fan switch kit (1/8" & 3/8" NPT) and includes components as described per item. Ideal for vehicle-specific fitment where a single-stage temperature-controlled fan activation is required.
