Remflex 3003 Square Port Exhaust Header Gasket

Remflex 3003 Square Port Exhaust Header Gasket (BZDefense SKU: BZ5RC2J8, Mfg Part No: 3003). Remflex graphite header gaskets are 100% flexible graphite with no rubber binders or composites, so they resist shrinking or hardening from heat and time. Designed to crush and fill flange imperfections (Remflex gaskets are commonly offered at a standard crush thickness and are intended to fill gaps caused by dissimilar metals in cylinder head and header/manifold combinations). This gasket fits square port Ford V8 applications (302 and 351 Windsor families) and is supplied as a 2/set item. Material: Graphite. Weight (listed by marketplace): 0.25 Pounds. UPC: 878891000849. For installation and warranty concerns please contact the manufacturer within 30 days if issues are encountered.

• 1-1/8 inch width x 1-1/2" height Stock Square Port; Ford V8 - 302 ('81-'95), 351 ('69-'97) Windsor, 1-1/8" x 1-1/2" Square Port, Manifold or Headers, 2/Set
• Heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes header and manifold flanges to warp resulting in gaps between the head and header which Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely due to the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite
• Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
• The aluminum cylinder head and steel header or manifold combination are configurations that readily cause gap issues in the mating flanges due to contraction and expansion of the dissimilar materials; Remflex exhaust gaskets fill those gaps permanently
• There are no rubber binders or composite materials in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not shrink or harden due to time or temperature eliminating the need to go back and continually retighten your flange bolts
