FACTOR 55 ProLink XTV Shackle D-Ring

The FACTOR 55 ProLink XTV is a purpose-built shackle/D-ring designed to replace conventional winch hooks for safer closed-system winching. Precision machined from 6000-series aluminum with 6Al-4V titanium components, the ProLink XTV accepts steel cables and synthetic winch ropes up to 5/16" diameter. It uses a titanium double shear pin (7/16") retained by an internal snap ring for secure installation and simple snap ring removal to access the shear pin. An EPDM rubber guard protects alloy fairleads and cushions line stowage. The ProLink XTV fits common 1/2" and 5/8" shackles/D-rings, stows neatly against roller or Hawse fairleads, helps prevent hook rattle and fairlead damage, and installs in minutes without splicing. Rated for a 6,000 lb maximum working load and a 22,000 lb ultimate failure rating, the ProLink XTV is made in the USA and covered by U.S. Utility Patent No. 9,388,025.
