VHT FlameProof High-Heat Silicone-Ceramic Coating

VHT FlameProof Coating is a silicone-ceramic, high-temperature coating designed to renew and extend the life of metal surfaces exposed to extreme heat. Widely used in automotive and aerospace applications, it is intended for use on exhaust systems, headers, turbo housings, valves, piston domes and similar high-heat metal components. The product family includes aerosol cans and quart containers, offers matte/flat and satin finishes (including a clear satin option), and provides flameproof performance for intermittent temperatures up to 2000°F. Many variants note fast drying for aerosols and recommend use with primer, color paint and clear coat processes; surface recommendation is metal. Some formulations note water resistant properties.
