3M Tape Primer 94 is formulated to improve overall adhesion of tape, film and vinyl graphics to a wide range of substrates including polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces. Apply a thin, uniform coat and allow the primer to dry completely (usually about 5 minutes at room temperature) before applying tape; porous surfaces may require two applications. Recommended applications include promoting adhesion of 3M VHB Tape and use with 3M tapes. 3M Tape Primer 94 may be applied with a brush, swab, pressurized flow gun, knurled roller or similar equipment and can be removed with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry and follow application tips for best adhesion results.
