VHT Engine Metallic high-heat spray paint is an 11 oz aerosol coating formulated for demanding engine and metal applications. The unique urethane/ceramic resin formula produces a sparkling metallic finish that resists intermittent temperatures up to 650°F (343°C) and provides superior resistance to corrosion, rust, salt spray, chemicals and gasoline additives and degreasers. Ideal uses include headers, engine blocks, starters, brackets, water pumps, valve covers, transmissions and differential covers. Part of a multi-step coating system (engine primer, engine color, engine clear) for optimum protection and quality, the aerosol dries to the touch in about 30 minutes and typically fully cures overnight; application and curing instructions are printed on each can.
