3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 - Permanent Bonding and Sealing

3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 delivers permanent, high-strength, waterproof seals for marine and RV applications. This polyurethane sealant forms elastomeric, flexible bonds that absorb stress from vibration, swelling, shrinking and shock while resisting saltwater and weathering. It bonds to wood, gelcoat, fiberglass, metal and other common marine materials and is suitable for above- and below-waterline use when shielded from direct sunlight. Recommended applications include fiberglass deck-to-hull bonds, through-hull fittings, wood-to-fiberglass joints, portholes and deck fittings, motors on fiberglass transoms, under moldings and hull seams above and below the waterline. Available in cartridges, sausage packs and tubes; becomes tack-free in about 48 hours and may take up to several days to fully cure.
