Stanley Proto J86A7/16S2 1/2-inch cold chisel combines durable S2/alloy steel construction with a specially heat-treated body for enhanced strength and longer tool life. The hand-ground cutting edge is honed to the exact angle to efficiently cut through tough metals. The modified parabolic striking end helps reduce mushrooming and chipping during use. The chisel features a black oxide finish that resists rust and corrosion. The polished identification panel on one flat is marked with the tool number and size in a black inlay. Specifications include a 1/2" tip size, 7/16" stock, alloy-steel blade and handle, classic brushed finish and multi color designation, overall length of 6 inches, and an item weight of approximately 4 ounces.
