Letter-size folders include pivoting hangers and a centered 1/3-cut tab for the employee name. Each folder offers moisture-resistant 20 pt PressGuard covers, a reinforced rip-proof tape gusset providing 2" expansion, five Mylar-reinforced dividers (Application/Resume, Compensation, Performance, Training/Education, Miscellaneous) and a 1" bonded fastener.
