Kantek MAXVIEW LCD Monitor Magnifiers provide an elegant, lightweight way to enlarge text and images on LCD monitors. Constructed with an optical-grade Fresnel acrylic lens (flat on one side with concentric grooves on the other) the lens bends light rays to deliver a sharp, enhanced image that can increase character size to more than double. The patented attachment mechanism and metal bracket allow easy adjustment of the spatial distance between the lens and the display to control magnification. Models feature a light anti-glare/nonglare tint to reduce reflections and improve contrast for better readability. Units are fully assembled for quick installation and are a lightweight alternative to heavy glass optics; some models include a microfiber cleaning cloth. To ensure proper fit, select the correct magnifier model by matching the visual display area (width, height, diagonal) of your LCD monitor. Designed for LCD monitors (not for laptops). • Before selecting the magnifier size, use measuring instructions as shown below in Manufacturers Information to ensure you choose appropriately. Visual area of the magnifier selected MUST be equal to or greater than the visual area of your monitor. Designed for general office use in a normal ambient light environment. Note: Any intense lighting in the perimeter of the work area will be reflected within the Fresnel grooves and cause a distracting visual.
