Epson T55K1 Tracer Ink Cartridge for SureColor SC-P6000 P7000 P8000 P9000 Photo Black 700 ml (Replaces T8041)

This cartridge contains original Epson UltraChrome BLACK (PK) ink, designed for use with Epson SC-P6000/P7000/P8000/P9000/P9000 inkjet printers. UltraChrome inks allow for high quality prints, a high level of preservation, vivid colors and deep blacks. 700ml ink cartridges allow substantial savings and increased yield for greater productivity. The BLACK PHOTO (PK) ink cartridge is in the format of 700 ml, and has the reference number T55K1. It replaces the reference T8041. This item is also available in 350 ml format. Important: The new generation Epson cartridges (T54X.. and T55K..) for SureColor P6000, P7000, P8000 and P9000 printers gradually replace the current cartridges (until stocks last) 804.. and T824..), since June 2023. These are still genuine Epson cartridges containing Ultrachrome HDX/HD inks whose reputation for quality is no longer to be established. The only difference between these two generations is the presence of a new chip free of ILS (Ink Level Sensor). In the absence of this element used to accurately count the number of ml used, the consumption will be calculated/estimated according to the printing modes and will then be recorded in the new chip. To use these new cartridges, or a mixture of cartridges with and without ILS, it is necessary to update the firmware of the printer.
