StarTech 4-Port USB-C Hub (HB31C3A1CDPPD3) is a portable USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) expansion hub that adds four high-speed ports to a USB-C computer: 3x USB-A and 1x USB-C (Alt Mode DisplayPort 1.4 + 10Gbps data) plus 1x USB-C PD Pass-Through. The hub supports USB-C DP Alt Mode video output to portable or desktop USB-C monitors up to 4K 60Hz (host device must support DP Alt Mode). It supports 100W Power Delivery 3.0 pass-through (with 18W reserved for the adapter to avoid video flicker and power issues, allowing up to ~82W for laptop charging). The hub includes connectivity tools for IT professionals (USB Event Monitoring and Windows Layout Utility) and offers overcurrent protection and Wake on USB.
