The NETGEAR M4300-52G-PoE+ (GSM4352PA-100NES) is a high-performance, stackable Layer 3 managed switch designed for demanding SMB and enterprise-edge deployments. It provides 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports plus 2x10GBASE-T and 2xSFP+ uplink ports, hot-swap capable 550W PSU (provides 480W PoE budget across 48 ports or higher in share mode), and 10G stacking capabilities for virtual chassis scalability up to hundreds of ports per stack. Built in a rugged metal chassis, the M4300 series supports advanced layer 3 switching, nonstop forwarding, hitless management unit failover, and both twisted-pair and optical media. Typical use cases include full-power PoE+ edge deployments, redundant top-of-rack server/storage interconnects, and reliable SMB core switching.
