CyberPower RELAYIO500 is a UPS relay I/O management card that provides local monitoring and control via five contact-closure outputs and one input. Designed for seamless integration with compatible Smart App Online and other CyberPower UPS expansion-slot models, it uses a DB9 (9-pin D-Sub) connector for straightforward PC compatibility. The RELAYIO500 supports remote shutdown via the input contact closure to preserve battery power during extended outages, is hot-swappable for minimal downtime during maintenance, and is rated to operate within typical operating temperatures (0°C to 40°C). The unit ships with a three-year warranty and is commonly compatible with OR Series, PR Series, OL1000RTXL2U, OL1500RTXL2U, OL1500RTXL2UN, OL2200RTXL2U, and OL3000RTXL2UHV UPS models.
