Tartan Filament Tape 8934 is a clear fiberglass-reinforced filament tape featuring a tough, abrasion- and moisture-resistant film backing that protects filaments and adhesive while allowing printing to remain visible through the tape. The synthetic rubber resin adhesive offers good initial tack and reliable holding on fiberboard, plastics and metal, and the backing, filaments and adhesive combine to provide high tensile and shear strength. This tape is well suited for light-duty strapping, bundling, palletizing, box closing, reinforcing and general bundling, delivering durable performance with minimum rub-down. Common uses include packaging, shipping, appliance protection during transport and assembly applications, supporting manufacturers of piping, metal products, furniture, appliances, automotive parts, sporting goods and food and beverage processors.
