WEILER Saber Tooth High-Density Ceramic Flap Disc, 7" Diameter, Phenolic Backing, 5/8"-11 Arbor, Type 27

The WEILER Saber Tooth Type 27 high-density ceramic aluminum oxide flap disc features a phenolic backing for reinforcement and durability and a threaded 5/8"-11 arbor for attachment to grinding tools. Thicker than a standard disc, it is suitable for use on flat, irregular, and curved surfaces and is designed for use with right-angle grinders at low angles (0–15°) to dissipate heat. The self-sharpening ceramic abrasive provides faster material removal and longer life versus standard flap discs (typically 30–40% longer), producing a consistent finish for applications such as weld blending, deburring, deflashing, edge chamfering, stock removal and combined grinding and finishing.
