The Company 3.0 Carbon‑Tac is an ultra lightweight work boot built for first responders, fire, EMS and tactical use. It features a certified Carbon‑Tac safety toe that is about 20% thinner and about 30% lighter than a standard composite toe cap while providing the same level of protection. The footbed contains a puncture‑resistant Wellmax board and Force Foam PU cushioning that helps reduce foot fatigue during long shifts. A water‑resistant leather upper and a nylon collar at the mouth enable easier donning and doffing. A high-traction outsole with climbing lug is slip‑ and oil‑resistant to help maintain dependable footing on challenging surfaces.
