5.11's commitment to public safety has driven product development since the original pant was adopted by the FBI training academy in 1992. The 3-In-1 Parka 2.0 was reengineered to perform better in the field: it is mechanically stretchy, approximately 13% lighter, and upgraded with a 10K waterproof and 10K breathable fabric with DWR and Blood Borne Pathogen resistance. The six-pocket outer shell features mic loops, a camera loop kit, a hood that rolls into the collar or detaches and stores in the back pocket, hidden utility pockets and pull-out ID panels. Dual ReadyPockets on the left and right chest store phones, sunglasses or extra magazines. Side Quixip panels enable rapid firearm access and improved ventilation. The warm, breathable fleece liner has improved lining, cuffs and document pockets and functions as a standalone five-pocket tactical jacket.
