This VOODOO TACTICAL drop leg first aid pouch is built for rapid field medical response, hanging from the belt and strapping to the thigh with adjustable quick-release and thigh straps. The full-zip compartment features sewn elastic loops to securely hold medical gear, and a metal drain grommet provides drainage. Constructed of nylon and MOLLE-compatible for modular attachment, the pouch includes non-slip backing on the thigh straps for a secure fit and is stockable. The pouch is empty—you must add the contents of the kit yourself.
