The 6400 Series heavy-duty vinyl-padded steel stool from National Public Seating (Model 6424-10) pairs fortified construction with comfortable vinyl padding for educational and industrial environments. Featuring a strong 18-gauge steel tube frame welded to a 14" diameter seat pan, an 11.5" diameter vinyl cushion riveted to the steel pan, polypropylene glides to prevent scuffs, and a welded 5/8" diameter foot ring bonded at four contact points. Fixed-height design (24" seat height) with overall dimensions 24"H x 15"W x 15"D. Weight capacity tested to support up to 300 lb (model variant information notes other heavy-duty variants supporting higher capacities). Assembly required. Tested to meet ANSI/BIFMA performance standards. Ideal for classrooms, labs, workshops, and bar or counter seating where a durable, no-frills stool is needed.
