The Egis relay replaces three individual high-amp relays with one compact module, reducing space and weight, eliminating external link cable connections and their potential to vibrate loose, and providing clear manual control awareness. Designed to replace common multi-battery mechanical switching and charge management functions—dual battery load switching via outer relays and a central automatic charging relay are easily implemented. Expandable with link and cross-link busbars to additional dual, triple, or single XD relays; supports 3 or 4 battery systems with standard busbar interconnect accessories. Features bullet-proof construction sealed to IP67/IP6K9K, high-temperature electronics/materials for flexible mounting, stainless steel cable lug studs, large mounting holes accepting 1/4-20 / M6 hardware, front-facing LED status with remote LED replication, 3-position manual override (lock open/closed), included 40-circuit weatherproof label sheet, protective cover, stainless hardware, programmable via dip switches, integrated Gortex vent, and plug-and-play compatibility with legacy ML Series bi-stable relays (DTM connector).
