3M Nitrile High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive 847 is a solvent-based, high performance adhesive formulated for bonding gaskets and many rubber materials. It is supplied in a 5 oz tube (Series 847) in brown. The adhesive features comparatively low viscosity for easy application, excellent fuel, oil and water resistance, and optional heat cure to increase bond strength. It adheres to nitrile rubber (BUNA), neoprene, SBR, butyl, leather, vinyl and various other rubbers, as well as ceramic, drywall, fiberglass, glass, metal, plastic and wood. Rated for service temperatures up to 300°F (148°C). Typical uses include repair, flooring, furniture, woodworking and leatherworking.
