RUST-OLEUM Zinsser Bulls Eye Odorless Oil-Base Stain Blocker (13 oz) provides oil-based stain-blocking performance without the typical solvent odor. This low-VOC spray primer is formulated for excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces such as ceramic tile and is ideal for sealing tough stains from water, fire and smoke damage. It blocks tannin stains and prevents bleed-through while offering a bright white, non-yellowing flat/matte finish. Suitable for interior and exterior use, the primer provides coverage up to approximately 100 sq. ft. with a quick dry time (dry to recoat in about 0.5 - 2 hours depending on conditions). The product is packaged as a spray can for easy application and includes the spray primer component. Recommended surfaces include ceramic, masonry, and wood. Use cases include stain remediation and sealing prior to topcoat application where stain blocking and adhesion to glossy surfaces are required.
